Shipping

We ship to all European Union countries. Shipping is free, with no minimum order.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
  • Tracking: you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary at peak times or due to the carrier.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason (EU right of withdrawal).

For hygiene and health reasons, cosmetics can only be returned unopened and with their seal intact, as set out in Directive 2011/83/EU (art. 16(e)).

  1. Email us at kikelopez20088@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and check the product, we refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. In that case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
